It has been a pretty average week, all things considered.

I’m thankful for:

1. Finding a cardio regime that keeps me motivated (Boot Camp class at the local Wellness Center).

2. My “big-girl” daughter who is giving potty-training a real go! (And doing great so far).

3. Beautiful spring days.

4. Learning more about the consequences of our “recent” Western diet on our health.  (Trying to amend said diet is another kettle of fish…)
